Please note: in the event of customs delays, the time that your order remains under review by UK customs will not be counted towards the delivery estimate.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend contacting your local courier or Royal Mail first to clarify the reason for the delay. If they are not in possession of your parcel, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with our suppliers.

If a logistics issue with your order is confirmed, we will issue a full refund immediately after these verification steps.

A tracking code will be sent to your email within 5 to 10 working days after your order has been confirmed.
